When you send an enquiry, DRJS collects your name, email address, optional company name, subject, message, submission time and the internal status used to manage the response.
Security and request data
A limited network identifier, normally the originating IP address supplied by the hosting platform, is used in temporary memory for up to ten minutes to restrict repeated form submissions. Hosting and database providers may also process standard request, security and diagnostic logs to operate and protect the service.
Preferences and administration
A light or dark theme choice is stored only in your browser. The private site preview and administrator area use an authentication cookie after an authorised administrator signs in. More detail is available in the cookies and storage notice.

DRJS does not use website enquiry data for automated decision-making or unsolicited marketing.
Sharing and international processing
Personal information is not sold. It may be handled by carefully selected hosting, database and technical service providers acting for DRJS, and by professional advisers or public authorities where necessary. The current website is hosted through Railway.
A service provider may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires it, DRJS relies on an adequacy regulation or approved contractual safeguards and relevant risk assessment.
How long information is kept
Messages in the website contact inbox are automatically removed after 24 months. If an enquiry becomes a client, supplier or legal relationship, relevant correspondence may be retained separately for the period required by the applicable contract, professional obligation, tax rule or limitation period. Temporary rate-limit data expires after approximately ten minutes. Browser storage lasts for the periods described in the cookies and storage notice.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, and can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. DRJS may need to confirm your identity before completing a request.
